Michael is Co-Founder and Managing Director of MW Capture, with over 20 years of experience across hospitality, seafood sourcing, and business development. After building a strong background in restaurant management and entrepreneurship, he moved into the seafood industry in 2013 and has since helped drive the growth of MW Capture through supplier partnerships, team leadership, and a passion for premium seafood products.
From hospitality to seafood sourcing, I’ve always been passionate about quality products, strong relationships, and delivering the best possible service.

How can I place my first order ?
Placing an order with MW Capture is simple. Start by simply filling out our credit application form, and our team will guide and assist you through the entire process until you receive your first delivery.
When do you deliver ?
We deliver from Tuesday to Saturday (included).
Do you deliver to my location ?
We deliver to all addresses within the M25. If you’re located outside this area, don’t worry. We offer tailored solutions through our transport partners, so please feel free to contact us for more information
Do you send prices and fish availability regularly ?
Yes! We send product and price lists twice a week, on Mondays and Wednesdays. While we have an extensive range, we’re always happy to source any new products according to your needs.
Can you prepare the fish ?
Absolutely, we can prepare the fish according to your specifications and needs. Just be sure to mention your preferences when placing your order.
